Block of concrete parts, light block and roof block

The Fepco Building Engineering Project is equipped with a full production line for manufacturing a variety of lightweight and heavy blocks in different sizes, including x40x1020, x40x1520, and x50x1520. These blocks include solid, hollow, and porous types, produced using industrial mica aggregates and minerals sourced from the industrial mines of Shahr-e Babak, Marv, and Bostanabad in Tabriz. The products of this facility fully comply with the standards set by the National Engineering Organization and the Housing and Urban Development Research Center. They feature optimal bulk density and controlled weight, making them suitable for use in various residential, commercial, and administrative structures.

Production Capabilities: This production line is equipped with advanced autoclave technology (Autoclave), enabling the manufacture of a wide variety of lightweight and heavy blocks used in the construction industry. With fully automated equipment, the facility is capable of producing 8,000 blocks per day in various sizes. The equipment includes a mixer, a Bobcat, and a fully automated block production machine from Parsian, modeled after Italian technology. Additionally, the production line operates with two 25-ton cement silos and a production area covering 10,000 square meters.

Compliance with Standards: All products are manufactured in accordance with the standards set by the National Engineering Organization and the Housing and Urban Development Research Center of Iran. This ensures that Fepco’s blocks meet high technical and quality standards for a variety of structural applications.

  • Iranian National Standard 7782 (ISIRI 7782):
This standard pertains to the physical and mechanical characteristics of cement blocks. According to this standard, the blocks must have appropriate compressive strength, controlled water absorption, and precise dimensions.
  • Iranian National Standard 2909 (ISIRI 2909):
This standard covers the specifications of hollow concrete blocks, focusing on compressive strength, water absorption, and the requirements for raw materials used.
  • Iranian National Standard 12314 (ISIRI 12314):
Related to lightweight concrete blocks, this standard outlines the properties of blocks made with lightweight aggregates such as LECA and similar materials. It specifies that lightweight blocks should have lower weight and higher thermal resistance.

Fepco's production facilities and compliance with these standards ensure that their blocks offer superior quality and performance, suitable for a variety of construction projects.
